I took a phone call from Mr Jones from 49 Bodrigan Road today who wanted to let us know that the team that attended his property were great. He mentioned that they were polite and did a great job and he was very impressed with the reinstatement of his garden. Two days ago we sought a second opinion from Waterways after having had an unsatisfactory experience with another company. We had a visit yesterday and after having surveyed the pipe and explaining the problems we received a quote for the work required yesterday evening. Having agreed to go ahead with the work we were offered the option to complete the work today which we agreed to. Having made a plan of the work required, unexpected difficulties were encountered during the work but the team, in discussion with the manager and ourselves, came up with a very satisfactory solution which actually resulted in a reduction in the price of the job. All the team that we met and spoke with on the phone were polite, friendly and efficient. At the end of the job everything was left clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Waterways to anyone with a drainage issue.

We had a water leak on our mains supply between the meter and the property, on investigation we found the 45m of pipe work we had, to be beyond repair, so John and the team came in and replaced the old pipe work with a complete new 45m length. they managed to mole the new pipe in without any joints, and with minimal ground disturbance. The job form start to finish was excellent, i would thoroughly recommend this company. A great service from a great team.

From the first point of contact John was responsive, friendly and courteous. I received my estimate within 24 hours. On the day, the team arrived promptly and got straight to work. The work was completed efficiently and the garden was left clean and tidy afterwards. Genuinely can't fault the team and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a plumber .
